Semangat membaking makin menjadi-jadi dua tiga hari ni...habis kerja..sampai aja kat rumah mulalah kedapur mencari bahan-bahan membaking ni..sampai Alyssa pun hairan..mama nak buat apa lagi hari ni....
Actually resepi kali ni dah diplan berbulan-bulan..bila singgah di dapur ITA masammanis hari tu..nampak butterfly rainbow cup cake tergoda la pulak..terimakasih ITA kerna sudi mengajar step by step cara membuat rama-rama semoga Allah sahaja yang memberi ganjarannya....so petang semalam mulalah mencari resepi..cuma kali ni resepi saya search dlm internet aja..stok blueberry masih ada so cari aja resepi yg sesuai dgn nya..

Blueberry Cupcake Recipe Instructions
Sift dry ingredients together to mix well.
Cut in the butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Whisk egg vigorously to incorporate air and make the eggs light.
Stir in egg, milk and vanilla and combine thoroughly.
Add to dry mixture and stir together (some lumps should remain) and add the blueberries.
Fill well greased muffin tins with batter until two thirds full.
Bake in a pre-heated 350 degree oven for 20 minutes or until done.
Makes 18 large Blueberry Cupcakes

Hari ni juga bersempena dengan birthday anak saudara Allya..Happy Birthday Allya...yg ke 11thn ...so Alyssa minta buatkan kek utk sepupunya..nak surprise katanya...
Cuma saya olah sedikit resepinya dengan meletakkan 3 jenis warna utk rama-ramanya..
Kek ni amatlah sedap dengan perasa blueberry nya..gebu dan lembut sangat..
Bolehlah mencubanya..kek ni juga boleh dijadikan kek hantaran perkhawinan atau pertunangan..utk meraikan Hari Lahir pun sesuai..
Utk icingnya saya cuma mengunakan
250 creamwell di pukul dengan 100 gula halus dan 1/2 cwn golden syrup.
Bolehlah di dekorasikan mengikut kreativiti masing-masing..
